Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Build and manage partnerships with vendors and customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new
opportunities.
Manage offline & online marketing campaigns (digital, social media,
promotions).
Monitor ROI, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management.
Guide and mentor the fresher/junior marketing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce,
FMCG, or retail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, sales funnels, and customer acquisition.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
