Job Description:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production
• Experience: 15 to 20 Years from Steel Castings Production / Foundry

Skill Requirement :

• Should be responsible for incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection in the foundry industry.
• Required to be aware of steel casting foundry process
• He / She should be aware of all core tools, 7QC tools, and relevant QA / Lab activity
• He / She should be aware of IATF/ISO QMS / NABL system and accordingly relevant audit training.
• He / She should be aware of product/process and system audits.
• He / She should be aware of all types of customer audits and APQP and PPAP activity.
• Should have good leadership & Team Bonding.
• Should have Good data analytical skills.
• Having experience in handling customer complaints, customer satisfaction
• Having the skill of analysis and action on total rejection.
• Having the skill to drive improvement projects.
• Having knowledge of supplier development and improving supplier systems.
