Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD)
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi being an added advantage. This role requires multitasking, confidentiality, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the MD’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents efficiently.
Assist in event planning and execution.
Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers with good organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
